want to know what inspired me to pick the theme "pure"?
a baby!!!
my friend brought her grandbaby to work on friday.
she is so precious, beautiful, fresh, soft, natural, sweet, innocent, creamy, perfect....
ahha! there was my theme! PURE
inspiration avenue weekly challenges are open to one & all . the only requirement is to own a blog. all artistic mediums are welcome. explore your passions - whether it be painting, jewelry, mixed media, digital & photography arts or whatever inspires you. maybe come out of your comfort zone & try something new!
submissions are due by sunday, jan 31 at 12:00 noon EST. we love to hear the story behind your creation so just post a photo & a description on your blog. then come back here to this posting & leave a comment or link. i'll gather them all up & display them sunday afternoon.
all weekly participants are entered in a drawing for january's giveaway. this month our lovely prize is from chris of chris finck fine art photographs....

what a wonderful theme pat!! ahhh ... now i'm half hearted if i want to enter my latest pendants here ... which i made over the weekend ... mine is more of "light" over dark , but then again light? pure? ... it's uncanny how 2 weeks in a row my creations sort of coincide with the weekly challenges ... even before knowing what the theme is ... hmmm ... zap zap zap ... brain waves :)

I really like this theme,this is from last May from the water meadows in Bury St Edmunds. Hawthorne has many folk associations including purity. Please click and have a look.
