Weekly Challenge - "Harvest"

Bringing in the Sheaves

  1. Sowing in the morning, sowing seeds of kindness,
    Sowing in the noontide and the dewy eve;
    Waiting for the harvest, and the time of reaping,
    We shall come rejoicing, bringing in the sheaves.
    • Refrain:
      Bringing in the sheaves, bringing in the sheaves,
      We shall come rejoicing, bringing in the sheaves;
      Bringing in the sheaves, bringing in the sheaves,
      We shall come rejoicing, bringing in the sheaves.
  1. Sowing in the sunshine, sowing in the shadows,
    Fearing neither clouds nor winter’s chilling breeze;
    By and by the harvest, and the labor ended,
    We shall come rejoicing, bringing in the sheaves.
Pumpkins, indian Corn, bright red apples,

Hi Becklee.

I'm not sure if my post to your comments went through, so I'm posting it here too.

**These are sooooo cute! They make me think of my mother. She worked as a highschool cafeterea casheer and always wore great funky earings. Everyone in school loved her.**

Fall Harvest makes me think of apples, squash, gourds, pumpkins and root vegetables. My pastel creations are inspired by my, and my Dad's, harvest this year.

Great theme!
