"What are you afraid of?"
I saw this quote on a billboard on RT 83 this weekend.
I am not even sure what they were trying to advertise, but
immediately I thought...I am afraid of being on the highway,
in a car, racing at 65MPH, against the median strip.
Clutching my rosary beads, I thought....
"Perfect Challenge"
So here we are.
Fear.
What are you afraid of?
Clowns?
Ghosts?

Falling?

Falling?
Natural disasters?
Or human made?

What an original theme, great choice Lisa. That clown is scary, but I'm so relieved you didn't post a pic of a spider lol!
I have to admit that I find the clown quite disturbing, but I wouldn't want to see a spider up there either.....GREAT theme though- now I need to start thinking!
My FEAR is water: anything that can leak/break (washers, toilets, a/c, faucets, bursting pipes. . . can you tell I am experienced, unfortunately and of course the biggie, flooding. Great thoughts. Thanks for visiting my blog. Blessings, Janet
A good one to make us think, Lisa! I'm thinking I may have many topics to choose from...fear of heights, (which includes flying) for one.
BTW, I am afraid of THAT clown lol!
Here is my entry.

Well spiders are my great fear, I'm afraid the pictures have disappeared so cant tell if the clown is scary, unless its the clown out of Stephen King's IT, now he was scary!!!
Very unusual theme, not sure what I could come up with, mmmm thinking!!!!
That clown is the scariest thing I have seen since watching 'IT'!
Here is my slightly less scary entry - http://kirstinmcculloch.blogspot.com/2011/10/fear.html

What a tough prompt, I expect you will have everyone facing their fears this week! I did a little painting on the fear of new things. It's here http://traceypotterartist.blogspot.com/2011/10/studio-update-new-exhibitions-and-new.html
I'd also like to say a big thanks to all for stopping by last week and welcoming me, your comments were beautiful, much appreciated. I enjoyed blog hoping to see all your owls and can't wait to see all the results for fear.
Hi My fear is here:
http://gemmasjournal.blogspot.com/2011/10/fear.html
For some reason only the last picture shows up on my pc. Perhaps my computer is trying to protect me from scary images!
My entry this week is a touch tenuous... it's about a fear of commitment and tells the story of Joanne and Steve. Steve thought it was a one-night-stand. Joanne on the other hand, had diamonds on her mind...

Thanks PritiLisa for this challenging challenge!! I took some artistic liberties with it! :D
For some reason I couldn't see the pictures in this post except the last one. My entry is here. Warning: there is a photo of a snake.
Fear One:

Going to see what scares the rest of us now...
I really didn't think I'd be participating this week as I couldn't think of any fear and then
fear of falling came to mind.
Stay inspired!
Michelle
